Tea Parties By



  Rental Policy

  • We take LAST MINUTE rental orders. Reservations are first come first serve.

  • Cash or major credit cards are accepted. NO CHECKS!

  • We also require that a credit card stays on file, in case of loss or damages or extra rental days.  

  • 50 % deposit required to hold a reservation/tea items. The remaining balance is due on pick up or delivery date. 

  • Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another party date. 

  • You may remove an item 10 days prior your event date for full refund, if not, the deposit on that item will be forfeited.  

  • All orders are to have final quantities confirmed 5 days prior to event. Decreases will not be accepted after and full charges will apply.  

  • There are no refunds for unused items.

  • In the event that an item you reserve becomes unavailable, due to loss or damage prior to your rental, we will substitute it for an item of equal or greater value.

  • Rental prices are for a 24 hour period. If rental order is not returned as agreed agreed, you will be charged full rental value to credit card on file.

  • Pick-up times are by appointment only. Rental must be brought back to What's Your Flavor? the next day after your event, between 11 am -6 pm.  If needed, different drop off times can be arranged. There is also delivery & pick up offered, at an extra charge.

  •   All tea ware should be properly washed and cleaned before carefully repacking it in the containers provided. If you would like us to clean for you, our fee starts at $35..

  • Items MUST be packed in containers prior to pickup. If Items are not in containers when driver arrives, there will be a $25.00 charge for repacking.

     

  • The renter is responsible for the full retail value for any lost, broken or damaged item(s) while in their possession

All equipment is clean, sanitized and table ready.
